History of the sawnill
The early stages
In 1987, M. Rutten bought out the Scierie du Rupt de Mad sawmill which was in liquidation. He invested heavily both in terms of machines and infrastructure (storage buildings, etc.).
But the saw mill existed long before this time...
From 1987 to now
In 2008, Bertrand and Sofiet Pierrel became the managers.
M. Rutten remained Chairman and Managing Director of the saw mill and continued to guide the new managers.
